Why am I getting an iLok authorization error message?

Here are some possible reasons that you might get an iLok authorizaton error message
- Your Antares license has not been activated onto your iLok.
- Your iLok is not plugged in.
- You've installed a different version of a plug-in that is not covered by your license. In that case, you may need to uninstall, and reinstall the correct version for your license, or purchase an upgrade to the current version.
- If none of the above is true, it's possible that your iLok is not being seen by your computer. It may help to synchronize it, using the iLok License Manager application.
